Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using JumpClub BMX's website, facilities, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Membership

By becoming a member of JumpClub BMX, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Follow club rules and safety guidelines
• Pay membership fees on time
• Participate in accordance with British Cycling guidelines
• Notify us of any medical conditions that may affect participation

Events and Training

When participating in events or training:

• You must follow all safety instructions and guidelines
• Wear appropriate safety equipment at all times
• Arrive on time for sessions and events
• Notify us of cancellations within the specified timeframe
• Accept that activities may be cancelled due to weather or safety concerns
• Understand that photography/videography may be taken for promotional purposes

Online Shop and Payments

• All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
• Orders are subject to availability
• Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched
• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Returns must be made within 14 days in original condition
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of return receipt

Code of Conduct

All members and participants must:

• Treat others with respect and courtesy
• Refrain from discriminatory or abusive behavior
• Follow instructions from club officials and coaches
• Respect the facilities and equipment
• Report any safety concerns immediately
• Maintain good sportsmanship at all times

Liability and Insurance

BMX riding is an inherently risky sport. While we take all reasonable precautions:

• You participate at your own risk
• We recommend having personal accident insurance
• British Cycling membership includes basic insurance coverage
• We are not liable for personal injury or property damage unless caused by our negligence
• You are responsible for your personal belongings

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend memberships and access to services for violations of these terms, inappropriate behavior, or non-payment of fees. No refunds will be provided for termination due to violations.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Significant changes will be communicated to members.
